• Fill out and mail registration form to: David Almany, PO Box 20501 St. Louis, MO  63139
• Once we receive your registration form we will mail you a confirmation letter noting your entry.
• Local motel and restaurant information can be found on the camp page that you plan to attend. (Please know we do not receive "kickbacks" from area motels.)
• Entry Fee: The fee for basketball camp is $295 per team. You may bring as many players as you desire. The cost stays the same.
• A $50 deposit is required for teams that are entering for the first time.
