2012 Basketball Camp Registration
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW PRIOR TO
SENDING THE FORM ELECTRONICALLY
IF Adobe Acrobat
is installed on your computer you can send the form
quickly with a click or two.
IF you only have
Adobe Reader
installed, and you have a web based email account like Hotmail
or Yahoo, you will be prompted to save the form to your
desktop or a folder and then send it as an attachment with an
email to:
dave@lickingcamps.com
It
is always a good idea to save the registration form anyway, so
you don't have to do it again if something happens to the one
you fill out.
Remember, YOU can always print it it out as a PDF
document and send it in the mail.
IF you are having problems with the interactive
registration you may need to install Adobe Acrobat OR Adobe
Reader on your computer.
Some schools may
not allow forms to be filled out and mailed
electronically.

- Once we receive your registration form we
will mail you a confirmation letter noting your entry.
- Local motel and restaurant information can
be found on the camp page that you plan to attend. (Please
know we do not receive "kickbacks" from area
motels.)
- Entry Fee: The
fee for basketball camp is $295 per
team. You may bring as many players as you desire. The cost
stays the same.
EXCEPTION- The Branson
Camp Fee has been adjusted for the 3 day camp...see the
Branson Camp
Flier
- A $50 deposit is required for teams that
are entering for the first time.
